How we handle the information you share when you book an inspection.

What we collect
When you request an inspection we collect your name, phone number, email address (optional), the vehicle's make, model and year, the vehicle's location and your preferred appointment time. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you send there.
How we use it
We use this information only to arrange and carry out your inspection, send you your report and contact you about your booking.
Analytics
With your consent, we use analytics cookies to understand how the website is used. You can decline these in the cookie banner, and the site works the same either way.
The booking form rejects automated submissions. When the person check is switched on, Cloudflare receives a technical signal from the browser for that check only.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run bookings and the website, and only as needed for that purpose.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing [email protected].
